Yes. ELR sets up daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom schedules based on your space, traffic and operating hours.

Can I book a one-time deep clean or property reset?

Yes. One-time deep cleans, turnovers, post-construction cleaning and more demanding recovery work all go through the same request.

Can I send photos or video instead of booking a walkthrough?

Yes. The request form accepts photos, videos, voice notes and documents, so we see your site before we reply.

Is ELR bonded, insured and WCB compliant?

Yes. ELR is fully bonded, insured and WCB compliant, and supporting documents can be provided during qualification or procurement.

Do you clean after hours?

Evening, overnight and before-opening service windows can be arranged depending on location, scope and frequency. Choose your preferred window when you request.

How quickly will I hear back?

It depends on the project and whether a site visit is needed. Mark your request urgent if your deadline is within 48 hours and it gets priority review.

Do you clean homes?
